Tyco Thermal Controls recently held a series of events from 7th Feb to 11th Feb, 2009 in Dubai. In attendance were the senior Tyco Thermal Controls Team – Mr. Jim Beres, Vice President of Marketing & Business Development; Mr. Shiv Kumar, Vice President Global Projects; Mr. Craig Heizer, Director Strategic Marketing along with the regional sales & marketing team members.

DigiTrace® NGC-20 Launch
The new generation controller DigiTrace NGC-20 was launched with a sales presentation, technical pitch and live demo by Satish Nair (Marketing Manager – Control & Monitoring). The DigiTrace NGC-20 is a field-mounted electronic temperature control unit providing local control and central monitoring capabilities for industrial heat-tracing applications. The DigiTrace NGC-20 offers unique features providing the highest level of safety and reliability while enabling true cost optimization of Heat Management SystemIn the current market conditions with the reduction in the number of on-site maintenance personnel coupled with demand for safe and reliable operation there is an increase in the need for centralized access to critical information about the integrity of the heat-tracing systems. The NGC-20 has been designed to meet these objectives and combines the benefits of the of a centralized control system with the benefits of local control. |
